Reverend Carmen Caldwell, affectionately called “Reverend CC”, gave her first sermon and was licensed to preach in October 2004 at Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church (Seattle, WA) where she faithfully served until returning to her home state of Georgia in 2007. In September 2009, Carmen was ordained as a Minister of the Gospel at New Mercy Baptist Church (Griffin, GA) under the leadership of her father, Rev. Grady Caldwell II, and mother, First Lady Kathleen Caldwell. Rev. C.C. is the founder of Life Fulfilled Coaching & Consulting, LLC, where she speaks, teaches, and coaches in the areas of personal leadership, spiritual development, and relationship building. She intertwines Biblical principles with research and evidence-based practices to offer a holistic approach to her clients. Her mission is to help people increase their faith and activate their LovePower™. LovePower™ is your ability to show up fully in every area of your life empowered by the love of God, self, and others. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology (Albany State University, Albany, GA); a Masters in Public Administration (University of Washington, Seattle, WA); and a Masters of Divinity (McAfee School of Theology, Atlanta, GA). In addition to her formal education, Carmen holds several professional certifications and credentials. In her previous career, Carmen worked with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and most recently with The Council on Alcohol and Drugs, a nonprofit focused on underage drinking and substance use prevention. One of Rev. C.C.’s life mottos is “Saved to serve, not to sit.” She currently serves as an associate minister and as a youth leader at New Mercy Baptist Church, Griffin, GA. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She serves on the Spalding Collaborative Board of Directors, Griffin Spalding Chamber of Commerce Board, and the Griffin Spalding Archway Executive Committee. She is also on the Board for the Georgia Baptist Children’s Home and Family Ministries Board. Of all her titles and accolades, Rev. CC is most proud to be called “Auntie” by her nieces and nephews. She is the third of four siblings and currently resides in Griffin, GA. Rev. CC has been sent for such a time as this to proclaim Truth with passion, purpose, and power.
