Minister Keith Rountree was born in Fort Valley, Georgia to Eloise Rountree and the late Samuel Rountree. He is the second of three children. He moved to Perry, Georgia where he attended New Hope Baptist Church, where he received Christ into his life. He attended Perry High School in Perry, Georgia. After graduating from Perry High School, he enrolled into Tuskegee Institute in Tuskegee, Alabama, home of the mighty Golden Tigers. In 1989, he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science. Then he accepted a position with the U.S.D.A. and moved to Hartford, Connecticut. While in Hartford, Connecticut he met his wife Rev. Nadine Rountree. They were married on July 31, 1993 in Mount Vernon, NY. They have three children, Aquan, Ashley, and Andre’. He has been a member of New Mercy Baptist Church since 2008. Being ordained as a Deacon in September 2012, and accepting the calling as a Minister and was licensed to minister The Gospel in August 2015, he was ordained in April 2018.
